Yes, our ground floor is fully accessible. The following activities are available for wheelchair users: Axe Throwing, Interactive Darts, Ice-Free Curling, the Golf Simulator, and Switch Games.

Bookings can be rescheduled up to 6 hours before your scheduled time. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

Unfortunately, we are not unable to offer refunds.

Yes, children are welcome to visit and take part in activities without an accompanying adult, as long as an activity is being taken part.

Please note that after 8:00 PM, our venue is 18+ only.

We’ll do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but this may not always be possible due to bookings after your session time.

We recommend pre-booking to secure your preferred activity and time slot. However, we do welcome walk-ins, subject to availability.

Labyrinth – Is in the dark, Headtorches are used to navigate the room – contains narrow corridors and a few jumpscares.

Cabin – This is our 16+ Scare room new for 2025. Contains flashing lights, horror themes, jump scares and more.
