There is a pay and display car park directly behind our venue — Meadows Retail Car Park. Bond Street Car Park is also just a short walk away.

Yes, our ground floor is fully accessible including accessible toilets. The following activities are available for wheelchair users: Axe Throwing, Interactive Darts, Shuffleboard, and Switch Games.

Bookings can be rescheduled up to 6 hours before your scheduled time. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

Unfortunately, we are not unable to offer refunds.

Yes, children are welcome to visit and take part in activities without an accompanying adult, as long as an activity is being taken part.

Please note that after 8:00 PM, our venue is 18+ only.

Yes, Please visit each activity’s main page on our website. Each activity has different age restrictions. If your party has people outside the age requirement, please contact us. Please note: the shooting range and axe throwing are strict due to the nature of activity.

We’ll do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but this may not always be possible due to bookings after your session time.

We recommend pre-booking to secure your preferred activity and time slot. However, we do welcome walk-ins, subject to availability.

Yes! We offer e-gift cards. You can purchase one by calling us or visiting the venue in person. If you have an e-gift card, please contact us to book in and redeem.

Yes, we accept both cash and card payments.

Yes, you can. A deposit is required to secure your booking, and the remaining balance can be paid upon arrival.

Circus – A more family orianted, traditional padlock style room.

Labyrinth – In the dark, headtorches are used to navigate the room – contains narrow corridors and a few jumpscares.

Cabin – This is our 16+ scare room new for 2025. Contains flashing lights, horror themes, jump scares and more.
